fall fashion- thankful

(Why, yes, these are my very own ankles, thus bedecked)
I don't believe in nylons. They feel icky against my skin. They make my legs look like it has some sort of scary mold or something. Ew. I know that there are many a middle-aged woman out there who will tell me that certain occasions that require pantyhose (even the name is creepy), I respectfully disagree and just wear extra fancy shoes to make up for my bare (gasp!) legs. The colorful and patterned tights form the fall runways are a horse of a different color. As we head into fallish weather they have become my favorite accessory for church on Sundays. Believe you me, church is way more fun when your legs are sheathed in paisley. I can be fancy and appropriate whilst still getting to be my quirky little self. The ones I have picked out for next week are turquoise with silver threads woven in a chevron pattern. Seriously, I'm totally excited.

I know my grandmother rolls over in her grave when I don't wear "hose". I do love a good pair of fishnets.

You are such a goof! A particularly fashionable, beautiful woman with amazingly beautiful legs!

I like nylons because my legs feel silky, ask any of my Sunbeams.
