a love letter

Dear Amazon,
I can't even begin to list the ways that you have made my life better, happier, easier. You deliver anything I can imagine straight to my home. When I am reminded, while out and about, of a forgotten birthday or anniversary I can spend three minutes tapping on my phone and have something delightful on it's way to any recipient, anywhere, toot sweet. If I can't find anything locally, and I mean anything, you probably have it. You remember my addresses and my credit cards. You have every book I ever wanted, even the out-of-print ones. You have reviews of anything I might consider purchasing on order to make my experience better. And you do it all with free shipping. Christmas shopping is a joy it never was in past days due to the fact that it can be completed in twenty minutes and gifts are automatically shipped to the myriad of places where our dear ones live. I wish I could do something extraordinary to show my appreciation, but I will have to settle for continued patronage and a little bit of hero worship.
Love, Me

Amen.

(And best customer service ever. At least in my experience.)
