I have a ridiculous weakness for sugar cookies. Luckily the real ones are pretty time consuming so I can't make them all that often. Unfortunately, they make these awesome instant ones for holidays. Oh, how I love them. And since today is Sunday and my dieting day off, I can eat eleven of them if it pleases me to do so.

Glad to see that you cheat once in awhile! So thankful I live in the day and age that has practically about anything "instant!"
