only at christmas- thankful #34

Tommy asks for eggnog year round. We respond by telling him that said nectar is only available at Christmas time. He usually gives up come about August. Eggnog actually shows up a few days after Halloween. From then until New Years' when it goes away my little monkeys would subsist solely on eggnog if I allowed it. As it is they pacify me with a vegetable now and then and I remind my self that it's only for a limited time and that, really they are pretty scrawny kids and they probably need the fat.
